Enterprise Portal is an application that acts as a collector for information and data from various departments within enterprise. Enterprise Portal helps companies to manage information and data efficiently, and as a means of communication and collaboration between departments. In most cases, employees from certain department do not know about the activities of other departments. Using Enterprise Portal, each department can have an internal site department (for internal department purposes), as well as external sites that allow sharing of information, data and activity to other departments.
