We believe that all the people are a leader for their own-selves. The leader should have servant characteristics. A higher position of the leader, the more responsibility they should apply for their service to another’s. A good leader is a leader who is listening to others. A good leader is a leader who will let the pint interest in developing their potency owned by their staff, particularly for their subordinate. The leader is a personal sample for their staff and built a feeling of unity.
